The Scarborough Symphony Orchestra is managed by a voluntary committee, elected annually by and from amongst its members at the Annual General Meeting. 

The current committee consists of :

Chairman - Peter Walser oboe

Secretary – Judith Belton violin

Treasurer - Debbie Hatchett violin

Orchestra Manager – Tony Appleyard violin

Publicity - Stewart Thorp horn

Friends of the Orchestra - Emma Colman bassoon
